A very well-made product that I wouldn't hesitate to buy again - this our second. The bidet opens its lid when you approach, and it is easy to lift the seat with a tap of the foot. Heating of the seat and water work well, which my wife appreciates. I like the ability to do a half-flush to save water.Install is not hard, but I did find that with our tile floor, using the Fluidmaster waxless gasket was very helpful, and it helped fill the gap to the height the bidet wanted for a good fit.Now, if it only played Abba when you opened the lid, it would be perfect!

Very happy.I did an absurd amount of research before buying the EPLO G20 Max - compared it head-to-head against the TOTO G5A, Kohler Fora, Kohler Karing 2.0, and a half-dozen others. I kept coming back to the G20 Max, and after living with it, I have zero regrets.The features are everything I wanted and more. The hands-free experience is genuinely seamless: the lid opens as I approach, the foot sensor lets me operate everything without touching a thing, and the Men's Urinal Auto Flush is a feature no premium brand offers at any price - I have no idea why TOTO and Kohler skipped it. The Foam Shield keeps the bowl spotless and cuts down splashback, the UVC water sanitizing is a nice hygiene touch, the heated seat and warm-water bidet are luxurious, and the dual auto-flush is powerful and quiet. Even power outages are covered with the backup flush.But here's what really sealed it: the value. This toilet delivers the same - and in some cases better - feature set than units costing two to three times as much. I was about to spend $3,000+ on a "name brand" before I realized I'd be paying for a logo, not better technology.And the customer support blew me away. I reached out over WhatsApp with detailed technical questions and got fast, thorough, genuinely helpful answers every single time. Real humans who knew their product cold. That kind of responsiveness is rare anywhere, let alone in this price range.TL;DR - solid purchase, would buy again (I bought two), made a poster so guests learn that it's a touch-less toilet (I don't want people playing with it anyway!), make note of distances from the central drainage pipe to plumbing, etc thats important for installation. I had to move plumbing in one of my bathrooms but luckily I had a good plumber that knew exactly what to do. The WhatsApp customer service is incredibly good; it feels like they are available 24/7.

We have several Toto toilets in our different houses. I saw the reviews on the EPLO Luxury Smart Toilet Bidet and decided to order it (Purely on reviews)! It is very reasonably priced and it is Absolutely our favorite bidet toilet. Better than the $8,000 Toto toilet we bought in 2017.I can't say enough about how much we LOVE this bidet toilet. I can't come up with one negative comment.

I recently had this smart toilet installed. It is very easy to use, made of quality materials. Best part if the lid opens and shuts by itself so is a completely "Handsfree" use. The flush is very powerful and is not that loud for the power of the flush. It is very easy to clean due to full length ceramic flat surfaces. I like the night light feature as well. It is definitely worth the money spend.

Any time I asked a question during setup, they replied incredibly fast with helpful answers.This is an absolute 5-star brand. I plan to come back and provide long-term updates after I've used both models a bit longer, but right now, I couldn't be happier. If you want a fantastic, reliable upgrade, the E16BP is perfect - but if you want ultimate, top-of-the-line luxury, go for the G20MAX!
